SOFTWARE PROFESSIONALS REQUIREMENT
Security Analyst / Software Tester / UI/UX Designer / Application - Software Developer / Team Leader / Data Analyst
- Required Twenty (20) qualified IT personnel with minimum 3-4 years experience for ERP applications.
- Client : Ministry of Defence
Qualification Requirements of Software Developers
- Education Qualification. BE/ BTech / MCA.
- Work Experience. Should have developed/ maintained software applications for at least 3 to 4 years, using any one or more software packages/technologies mentioned at Para 3 above.
- Individual Traits. Individual should possess exceptional skill in web development and troubleshooting/Debugging of Web applications, should have strong analytical and responsive page design skills. Additionally, they should have good communication skills with ability to analytically comprehend technical issues and coherently express own point of view.
- Development & Support /Maintenance of applications:
- Bug fixing of reported defects on the existing software applications.
- Modifications as required for ease of use and customized report generations. This includes drawing up of the requirements of specifications, preparation of design documentation, development of Quality Assurance testing, documentation and implementation.
- Customize existing applications/ utilities for reuse with functional upgrades, so as to enhance software utility.
- Undertake database administration for the intranet applications.
- Document all changes/modifications, customization.
- Undertake development of applications as required under the supervision of Client
- Undertake development of facility for backup and restore
- (Disaster Management) for existing and newly developed applications.
- Provide source code and non-transferable, perpetual usage license for all
- Modifications/ software development undertaken.
- Help to plan and carry out the organizations information security strategy.
- Develop a set of security standards and best practices for the organization.
- Regularly monitor computer networks and systems for security issues, breaches or intrusions.
- Install security measures and operate software to protect systems and information infrastructure, including firewalls and data encryption programs, to notify any intrusions, and scan for irregular system behavior.
- Install required end-point security products and procedures on employee’s computers, projects & departments systems.
- Develop strategies to respond to and recover from a security breach.
- Investigate security breaches and other cyber security incidents and assess the extent of damage.
- Document security breaches and assess the damage they cause. Initiate incident response actions to minimize the impact.
- Prepare reports of findings for informing the top management.
- Work with the security team to perform tests and uncover network vulnerabilities.
- Fix detected vulnerabilities to maintain a high-security standard.
- Stay current on IT security trends and news.
- Develop company-wide best practices for IT security.
- Perform penetration testing, to find any information security weaknesses in the systems.
- Help colleagues install security software and understand information security management.
- Research security enhancements and make recommendations to management.
- Stay up-to-date on information technology trends and security standards.
- Conduct trainings to educate and develop awareness in the workforce on information security.
Software Tester – Responsibilities:
- Identifying customer needs and overseeing service delivery within the business context
- Reviewing software requirements and preparing test scenarios.
- Test case execution for functional, performance and load testing
- Lead guide, and monitor the analysis, design, implementation, and execution of the test cases, test procedures, and test suites.
- Interacting with clients to understand product requirements.
- Participating in design reviews and providing input on requirements, product design, and potential problems.
- Planning, Executing, Managing, and Tracking the projects for any given engagement.
- Building up and leading the Teams to the success of the project.
- Ensuring the project team's processes and tasks are carried out efficiently.
UI/UX Designer Responsibilities:
- HTML page development using bootstrap
- UI development in Application development
- Coordination with Developers

- Develop new ideas for Corporate Presentations, Advertising, or Promotional Campaigns
- Should be able to design Corporate Presentation, Brochures, Social Banners, and Marketing Collaterals

Application/Software Developer Responsibilities/Team Leader:-
- Expertise in any of the applications like JQuery, AJAX, Web API, Angular 8, C#,
ASP.NET, .net core, MVC, SQL Server, Oracle Server and Entity framework
- Good understanding of core JavaScript and OOJS concepts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand the requirement specifications.
- Write clean, scalable code using C#, unit test.
- Revise, update, refactor and debug code.
- Author technical documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Serve as an expert on applications and provide technical support.
- Ability to write SQL queries and procedures is mandate
- Understands and complies with Software Development Life Cycle Methodology
- Should be a Self-learner, creative and have excellent logical & analytical skills
- Team Leader, in addition to above, should report to MIS with complete plan/daily progress of the team and have excellent communication skills with maximum experience
Data Analyst Responsibilities:
- Basic understanding of SQL
- Experience in algorithm design, code optimization, and data structures
- Strong analytical, data profiling and problem solving skills are needed.
- Strong in math and statistical background
- Strong experience using predictive modeling, data processing, and data cleaning and algorithms to solve challenging business problems.
- Capable of handling any data science project right from the scratch to till deployment in any domain, handling any kind of data (structured or unstructured)
- Processing, cleansing, and verifying the integrity of data used for analysis
- Knowledge and Skills of applying Statistics and Probability.
